I had one of the most professional experience with Cody Mashburn(garage technician) at Gator Garage Door. He was super professional, helpful, gave honest opinion and did a perfect job. Joseph P. was our technician and, if we ever need service again, we will ask for him personally. When he called to say he was on his way he even offered to stop on his way and get coffee or anything I needed. THIS is how you make a customer for life! Even though I would never ask him to stop and get coffee or anything, the fact that he asked just speaks volumes. His service was very well explained, professional, and executed perfectly. We now have the quietest garage door in the county. 😁 The funny thing is, what we originally called for after dealing with it for over 6 months, magically fixed itself while he was getting out of the truck. Classic!! We got rollers replaced, brackets repaired, greased, tightened, etc. and are very pleased.
